|Personal History||Leah was born the middle child of a well connected and influential family on Risa. Her parents were both politicians on Risa's council. While growing up, Leah was groomed to become very successful by her parents as all of her siblings were. She lived an easy life while attending one of Risa's most prestigious schools. At the age of 17, she applied to and was accepted into Harvard Business University on Earth. There, she met her soon-to-be husband, Jacob Williams. She graduated Harvard in 2370, earning the university's Alumni Achievement Award.
In 2370, she married Jacob Williams and Leah was accepted into the Federation News Service's marketing department while Jacob started working with Earth Publishing Company. In 2375, Leah was recruited by Disney Inc. as a Marketing Manager. This took her on long trips and staying apart and busy caused her relationship to fall apart with her husband and in 2380, she was divorced. Though hurt at her failed marriage, Leah doubled her attention to Disney Inc, rising fast through their ranks and earning a reputation as a shrewd negotiator.
In 2389, she was appointed CEO of Disney Inc. aboard Starbase Vanguard, which caused some unrest among the board members who thought Leah was not a good choice, even calling her young age into question, including rumors that she had a relationship with one of the board members to get the job, which Leah feverishly denies.
